Ben is a wonderful guy who is always there to help you. He gave me a lot of tips which gave me good results to keep my body in shape. Other thing which he does and probably no one does is follow-up about how you are doing with workouts and diet and check if you are seeing any results and suggest changes to your workouts. I think who ever wants to see better results should talk to him and worth every penny you spend.

Ben gave great tips on improving and tweaking my current workout regiment and diet plan. Since then, I've reduced my body fat, increased mass, and closer to achieving my end goal. His knowledge of the science and studies is remarkable and he applies it to you.
