Programming 101: Foundations in Python

5 reviews

About this Helpout

Computers are an essential part of our daily lives. We use them at work, play games and read books on them and now they've gotten small enough to put in your pocket and light enough to wear them.

In this Helpout you will learn:
  1. The Python language
  2. The foundational concepts of programming so you can begin to control the many forms computers take today, and
  3. Talk about Python's uses and utilize some of the many tools available to us to create unique scripts to automate a certain task.
You don't need to know how to program for this Helpout so it's great for absolute beginners and even those who have programming experience.

If you have never coded in Python before and need to install the necessary software please check out my other Helpout on Installation and Setup here:

I look forward to helping you out :)

Clayton is an excelent teacher! He was patient with me since I am completly new to Java. He is way better than any YouTube tutorial you can find. He starts out slow and grows at your pace. I would definately recconmend him as a Java teacher!
